15m Catamaran

Reel Action, a 15m high speed aluminium charter fishing catamaran, came to RMS as a bare hull and with very limited information on the scope of work to be undertaken. The objective loosely offered up was to complete the vessel to 2C survey and to white boat standard.

RMS has provided all of the engineering, electrical, fit out, painting, welding and fabrication works under the guidance of our project manager and in cooperation with the owner's on-site representative.

A wide range of obstacles have accompanied this project owing to challenges with the design and ongoing changes to the specification.

Despite the obstacles RMS has remained flexible in its approach to deal with issues before they become expensive problems.

RMS has also taken ownership of issues that are for all intents and purposes not part of our defined scope of works. This methodology has proven effective as a demonstration of commitment to finding workable solutions and to maintaining client confidence.
